This company finds existing complaints for Internet merchants and copies them to other complaint sites like this one. They contact the merchant with an offer to "permanently remove" the bad feedback for $1000 to $3000. They can of course remove the feedback because they're the ones responsible for putting it there. If we had not contacted the customer who originally lodged the complaint Online Protection filed here we might have actually PAID them to have it removed from this site. MERCHANTS: Do not fall prey to this kind of extortion!
