This is one of the most crooked companies on the internet and in the country. This company sends people defective and even physically broken items purposely. And in order to make money when a person returns an item they do not refund shipping expenses. And even worse they keep the customer waiting when they want to return something by taking a long time to reply to emails and calls, And After a certain amount of item a person cant return an item so has to keep it and this is how they make a lot of their money. It is sad with all the complaints against this business that it is still allowed to be running and to have its own internet site as well as ebay username going by styletechgroup. This business is also BBB credited which shows just how low they are because they had to pay just to get on the BBB list because if you go to the BBB site you can see many BBB user complaints against them.

The reason I filed this complaint is order to help you the reader out because I bought an item off them a while back and after I sent it in they did not refund any of my money due to some bogus claim and now I lost over $200 and no one seems to care to do anything about it.

Do not trust www.Mwave.com or Styletechgroup they are both very crooked and will do anything morally wrong for profit$$$

Yeppers... I just got plowed by a TV lamp I bought from them that lasted 3 weeks. I actually bought 2 of them so I would have a spare. I asked to return the 2nd NIB lamp and they would not accept it ! ###...

Wrote them to ask if (the) eBay item, a ceramic coffee jar, had a glass or ceramic top. They
wrote back with a link to the manufacturer's "technical support department) which had no information about this area of the product.. This suggested to me four things about this merchant:
.
1) I am not interested in doing the research for information the dealer should have easily on hand by item inspection
.
2) The site they provided had no information whatsoever regarding my simple question.
.
3) A dealer that sloughs their retail merchant responsibilities over to the customer is not someone with which I want to do business.
.
4) Their answer suggests that there is no value in doing business with them.
.

I read one of the complaints, and guess what? Same thing happened to me. I ordered a bulb for my Sony TV in late February 2013. When I received it, it was broken. The bulb was not even in straight in the housing, and screws were rolling around. Very dissapointed. I called up and spoke with a woman in customer service and she said to send it back and we'll replace it. I asked, Why wasn't this inspected before you sent it to me. She had no comment. I asked if she could send out a new bulb right away while the other one was going back, she said no. Not unless you purchase another bulb. No thank you, I said. It is March 19th, 2013 and still waiting for my bulb bought and paid for a month ago. This is rediculous. So you have my complaint as well. This is not good service at all.

they need to be fronted off to ebay because they are selling items under 2 account names and offering fast and free shipping when they do not even have the products in stock!

Would anyone consider a class action civil lawsuit against this company?

I see this was over a year ago, but I strongly agree. I purchased a lamp for my TV that carried a 5 month warranty. Of course, that lamp went up within the 5 months. They did issue a replacement for the my original lamp, but the replacement only lasted 2 months! COME ON, 2 MONTHS? REALLY? I requested a warranty exchange on my replacement and they said the warranty only covered the original purchase and that the replacement did not have a warranty. GO FIGURE...they want you to buy another one from them that will last maybe 6 months...I was fortunate that mine did go up initial within the warranty, but 2 months...Thanks for the info on the BBB. I will be filing a complaint. I could have bought a new lamp directly from Mitsubishi for $20 more, and it would have lasted me over a year. My last one lasted 2 years, direct from Mitsubishi. For a company to sell lamps and not stand by their products, that is just wrong. If the originals have a 5 month warranty, any replacement should last just has lone. So now I am again out of a TV and will never order from this company again. A complaint will be filed with their local BBB & with eBay.
