www.Luxoderm.com review: Fake charges, but my trial was cancelled 6

Scam, scam, scam. People beware that the company Alovella www.Luxoderm.com is horrible and they started to charge me for nothing. I was shocked that they started to take money from my account, ‘coz I cancelled the trial with them several weeks ago. I only recently noticed these fake charges and no idea what to do now. As well as it was impossible to contact them, ‘coz the email address was fault and the phone number was useless. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

Same thing happened to me I refused to take no refund for an answer told them I was filling out complaint wth BBB they cancelled & refunded my money phone # is [protected]

This Company is a scam! I ordered the trial sample which never arrived, then I saw a charge for $89.72 on my account so I thought they were going to finally send to me. Next thing I get an email stating my order was cancelled. So, I replied to them that I wanted the money credited back to my credit card. They told me "per their terms" I did not cancel in time. I never received anything to cancel. Then they said their were shipping issues. They have yet to explain to me what the shipping issues were. They offered me 30% which I declined. They offered me 50% which I declined. I told them the only thing I would accept is 100% refund. I have disputed the charges on my credit card. They said this would not do me any good because of their Terms and Conditions. Let me explain, this has all transpired in less than a month. This company is definitely a SCAM. Fortunately, I did NOT call them, but have everything in writing through emails to support my claim with the credit card company.

Luxoder does not work. Don't know how to reach them to cancel. They keep charging my credit card.

Same thing happened to me. I ordered $4.95 trial offer. Cancelled next day. Week later I received a pkg. From them. I did not open it & gave it back to the mail man. Return to sender. Two days later a charge of 139.90. I called again, cancelled. Have not received second pkg. My bank changed my credit card number, but told me since I authorized the first 4.95 purchase, Luxoderm can keep charging me. This is fraud. Who do we contact?

Same experience. Ordered the sample for $4.95 on November 8, 2014, received the product, then noticed my card had been charged an additional $99.90 ( in the fine print, which I didn't notice, it states that the sample puts you on a regular order program). Their guarantee states that there will be a refund if returned within 30 days, which was doable. Called the company, canceled all further dealings, they gave me instructions and a RAN number to return the product, which I did on December 5. Received an email that the had received the product on December 11. Amount was to be refunded within 5-7 days. It is now January 5, 2015, and I have not received the refund of $99.90 yet. In addition there is a further charge of $139.90 on my credit card. I will make one more attempt with a phone call tomorrow, then will work with the credit card company to dispute all charges from this company.
