I ordered a sunglasses on 26 january 2012. But they delivered me a sunglass which is been used by children. After that continuously I followed them for replacement and every time they promise me for replacement. I have a proof for this in form of conversation made through mails.
But till now they have not completed their promise and they done my loss in form of money and time as well as mentally harashement.
So with this complaint I request you to take necessary strong action under cyber crime, for cheating me, against lenskart

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
They also sell Fake Branded sunglasses ! Bloody thieves ! I got conned by them and after you paid, you'll never get a proper reply from them anymore. Just generic email replies. %$(@%
totally agree with the above statement
They are not only cheaters but thugs and robbers, they will offer free frame etc to tempt u but the include charges in lense they cost lense much more higher than market price and they also send third class frames i request all u save your selves from these thugs
i but a new sunglass for 24/11/12 but this product so thin&large
