I subscribed for the online TV on the website www.klowdtv.com. OMG, it was really bad experience. I paid money and they promised to send the confirmation code in order to activate the TV channels. It was big lie, ‘coz I haven’t received this code. I sent tons of emails to the moderators and asked what the hell happened, but they ignored my requests and emails. These people are scammers and liars, who promise a lot, but in result you get nothing. Please post your comments about this company.
I have never seen any confirmation code needed for simple join/sign up. The only kind of activation code or link they send out is for forgot password, which is the standard email link to reset.
Yes way back when I subscribed as well the user experience was not ideal but i could still watch TV (personal fan of eScapes), but the experience has improved over the time.
As far as customer service, their team seems to be very responsive and eager to resolve any issues brought up even refunding for bad experiences. You do get a free trial now, so you can try it out.
I personally think these guys are on to something - online live tv. they do not have a lot of channels yet but imagine if they start aquiring more and more.
