There are no other internet services available at my home, where my husband and I both work remotely. I have had zero issues with my Wow internet service after multiple years of working remotely - until April. Starting April 1, 2022, my internet does not maintain a connection. My service disconnects and reconnects all day.
Hundreds of dollars later in tech visits (on 4/2/22, 4/7/22, 4/14/22, 4/27/22) and an Engineer call (5/7/22), I have pieced together that a nearby farmer damaged cables that were repaired incorrectly by a third party. Wow is refusing to repair the damaged line correctly, to repair for the service I am paying for. I cannot get assistance from the call centers or the technicians or engineer I have spoken with. I feel as though Wow is not concerned with fixing the acknowledged damaged line, because they understand there are no other comparable options in this area.
Desired outcome: I would like for Wow to correctly repair the damaged line, or for other high speed internet options to be available in this area of Charlotte, Michigan.
