Wolf and Badger review: Shoes

I ordered a pair of shoe and paid via Clearpay. I decided to send the shoes back due to the shoe size being too big. I had a big issue with the courier not being given the correct information and arriving to collect the return, without return labels and promised twice. I decided to use Royal Mail and they promised to reimburse me (they kept their promise) They received the return and I was given a partial refund. Clearpay, kept sending reminders about pending payments, a month after the shoes were returned. I approached Clearpay who advised the merchant has to inform them, not the customer. Wolf and Badger customer services, kept telling me, to get in touch with Clearpay. It was getting so frustrating. I received another notification from Clearpay again today, advising they will debit my account tomorrow. I sent another strong email to Wolf and Badger, with a screenshot of the message from Clearpay. I have asked for their complaints department's contact details, to make a formal complaint about the inadequate customer service.
