WLY*Shoppersdisc.c. Switzerland review: unauthorised charge

Such a scam! this company wly*shoppersdisc for at least the past 6 months (from what I can go back to on my online banking, could be longer then 6 months) have been taking £10 out of my bank account on or around the 27th of every month. I have not signed up to anything, I just payed for a card on funky pigeon site and when confirming this order they automatically started removing my money. stated by the customer service team, when I just phoned to cancel it and ask questions. I didnt want this and certainly didn't sign up for it, as I have low income and struggling atm. they stated a very very old email address of mine, so now im wondering if this has been going on for years. I will be going into my bank to find out tomorrow.
id be grateful if I could at least receive the 6months (£60) refund as this is totally out of order, single mother of 3 young kids, paying rent each month and getting food in the cupboards is a struggle and now seeing this im disgusted, how this company can get away with doing this. it needs to be stopped.
