Purchased a subscription which was advertised at $9.99. After purchasing, I noticed I was charged $119.88. I immediately contacted the company to cancel, but they refused to issue a refund because they claimed I had already "accessed the content." However, their website is set up so that it immediately logs you into the account once you purchase, so it is virtually impossible to NOT access the content. Regardless, I still paid for a year's access and asked to cancel (and therefore terminate access) the same day. Why then should I not be refunded? This company is a scam as you can see by the other complaints on this website.
