The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Purchased Advanced Video Compressor from WinSoftMagic.com. I never received my email with the necessary registration to activate my trial software, or a link to download the product. Tried for DAYS to contact any and all emails on their site with no response and their phone number is also invalid. I then did a Who Is search to get the owners name. Contacted him directly, told him my problem and he took my info and said he would tell his support people. Still have not got a response, refund - or a product. Very disappointing. As a freelancer who owns my own small business, one thing I despise is poor customer service and another is paying for a product you never receive. FYI...I also later found out that the company they use for payments, RegSoft.com, Inc., also has VERY poor reviews online. Look elsewhere before purchasing from WinSoftMagic.com This is unfortunate since I think their product was just what I needed.

Winsoftmagic took my money and did not give me a license code. The license code field on the receipt states product not found. Have tried for two weeks to contact: winsoftmagic, mycommerce/digital river without any response. Have now advised paypal that Winsoftmagic failed to deliver the product. This/These company(s) should not be trusted nor purchased from.

I have encounted this same problem, i bought Advanced Video Compressor from WinSoftMagic.com, I too never received my email or licenced code to activate my software, which they stated i would receive, the money transaction went through, they took my money with no problems, that was 3 weeks ago, i have sent them countless emails, and got no reply from them. The product may be good if i could use it, however WINSOFTMAGIC IS RUBBISH, they have rubbish customer service, they don't care about the customer at all, especially when you have a valid grievance with them. Don't risk your money with them, look elsewhere!

Similar problem. Purchased advanced jpeg compressor. Offer was for 3 personal licences for price of 1. Only got one! Downlad was for prebious version not current one. No email re registration. Sent emails several times to all addresses listed. Not one reply. Potentially good product but not as advertised and NO customer service response. Stay away!
