Windy City Superstore Intek Pool Purchase review: Intek pool 15' x 26" purchased through amazon

It is July 29, 2016 today and three weeks ago I purchased a pool from Windy City Superstore through Amazon. Price: $169
We inflated the pool and it immediately showed signs of not holding water and 2 days later, it deflated. We looked for the leak at the pump fittings and found none or no visible, obvious leak in the liner of the pool. We packed it up and emailed WCS through Amazon to explain that the pool was defective. The sent a return lable with instructions/ They insisted on me paying the shipping which was approximately $60 and if they determined that it WAS NOT a defect, a 50% restocking fee would apply. So 50% of $170 is $85 + Shipping @ $60, we would lose $145 dollars out of the $170! And then they can resell the same pool to another customer and do this all over again. Try calling Windy City Superstore and you will NOT BE ABLE to reach a human. They converse only via email! I would highly recommend that you DO NOT deal with this company, as they are sheisters! I filed a formal complaint with Amazon and am sure they will remedy this complaint and find in my favor. Absolutely the worst customer service and warranty any vendor could offer!
