I bought a pack of 20 windsor blue king size from my local shop and when smoking one I thought it tasted funny, only to see I was smoking a Richmond cigarette. I checked the packet thoroughly and I had definitely purchased Windsor! I looked in the packet and there was around 7 Richmond cigarettes in the packet alon with the rest Windsor! Obviously they just wanted to make up the numbers but I find this very unsatisfactory and quite frankly disgusting! I buy Windsor blue as I enjoy smoking them an Richmond give me a sore throat! I will not be buying them again.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I bought 20 Windsor blue to day from thr shop an there woz only 16 in them its bad enough u have puy the prices up want composition for it
I have bought a 20 pack of windsor blue and so far my first 4 out the packet the filter has split from the cigarette almost as soon as ive lit it. This is highly unacceptable as the price of cigarettes is high enough and I cant afford to buy them and they fall to bits. I dont want to change brands but with this happening im now dubious of buying anymore.
Would I be able to get the adress to write my complaint to the windsor blue company?
I bought a pack of cigarettes from my local supermarket and out of the 20 cigarettes in the one pack 6 were unsmokable. 2 had really loose filters and the other 4 had hardly any tobacco in them. I find this unacceptable for the amount I pay I expect to get 20 smokable cigarettes in a pack of 20.
My friend has just opened a pack of windsor blue light king size to find only 16 cigarettes inside I know they have gone down from 20 to 19 but thats ridiculous, and daylight robbery. What on earth is going on.

I just bought a 10 of cigs from the shop and noticed one cig was ripped around where the filter attaches to the tobacco and the filter paper was totally squint! Usually I wouldn't complain but I'm currently on benefits so have little money as it is to buy ###. There was atleast 2 the same. Really not happy! Cigs are not cheap for someone in my position and you should be paying for something you can use!
