Willow Lake Apartments review: Management and parking

Managment - My unit was never inspected prior to moving in. Or they would have saw the 13 coach roaches dead in the light in the kitchen. I had words with managment today over parking. As everyone is complaining about that managment will kiss your [censored] before you move in and then be disrespectful and uncaring once you move in.

Parking - I got towed last week. That's fine. But I am finding cars with no parking pass displayed. They were never towed. There is a suv parked out front who never had a parking pass. They have yet to get towed. Periodically, managment sends an email letting everybody know that there is a tow company and they are happy to use them. I would be too if I was given a kick-back for each tow. I kind of have to go around the complex viewing multiple infractions for parking. Why don't they get towed? I am taking pictures and documenting each of the infractions for the record. There was an incident where people were parking on the grass. Supposedly this was not the first time people have done this. I asked managment if they got towed. They could not answer the question.

Try not to close this ticket prematurely. You closed mine with "resolved". Who resolved it? To me, this is just an on going situation. It should not get resolved until I am satisfied! And unfortunately we have a long way to go.
