On the 27 October 2022, Thursday morning I went and purchase lemon poppy seeds and chocolate muffins and coffee take aways. The lemon poppy muffin was not eatable, it was hard, not fresh like the chocolate. I just grabbed and went back to work, not checking, only to find out that lemon poppy was spoiled.
Today on the 07-11-2022 as I passed for my morning coffee, I told Martha about the problem I encountered. She told me I could have brought it back on the same day but can I really run back for r17,50c, how much is petrol I could have wasted just for a rotten muffin. She refuses to replace it.
I demand my money back as customer service is no longer practice safely. I cannot support black empowerment with poor quality. I am a regular customer but I was treated unfair because of counted stock that would be short on their side.
What about my money that I have spent for? Or I was hoping to enjoy my muffin with my morning coffee.
I am very disappointed with customer services of wild bean Burma.
Desired outcome: i want my money back.
