I purchase a lace wig from this company. And they sent me the wrong lace wig.
I emailed them about this concern and they consist that they fulfilled the order properly.
I tried to tell them the lace wig, do not look like the wig on theirs website.
As of today, I am stuck with a 14inch lace wig; that I did not order.
So future buying cusmonters; please beware where you spend your money.
There are so many wigs companies out here...that do not care about your views...all they want is the money.
Please be careful where you buy...research the company!

What wig brand and wig style did you buy? When did you buy the wig? What is the difference between the wig you get and the wig shown on the photo of the website? Can you post your order number? Or show me the order invoice? Can you show me the the emails in between the salesperson and you? I am a customer of wigsnatural.com. I am very satisfied with their wigs and service.
Can you please tell me if you spoke to someone or just order online? I want to order from them but I am very sick and I do not want the hassle. I am very sorry that this happen to you.
