I purchased 96 brushed aluminum canisters with shaker tops from Wholesale Supplies Plus to hold a body powder that I manufacture. After delivery, I contacted them that the tops leaked the powder and that they were not acceptable. After several weeks of waiting to hear back, I called again and was told that they had in fact tested the tops, and they did see the tops leaked power - and that they would get back to me after contacting the manufacturer. Several more weeks went by, and I had to call them, again, and was told, "sorry, we are not going to do anything."
Wholesale Supplies Plus admitted they sold me a defective product and will do nothing to help me out in anyway - no return, no credit, no nothing. They said they would continue to knowingly sell the defective product.
They are deceptive and sell a defective product and defraud the consumer. They lie about their return and warranty process.
they sent me the wrong item and did not want to take it back initially. finally they decided they would take it back if i paid to return ship to them which would cost me more than the refund?! and for their mistake i find that pretty ridiculous. they also erased the order history from my account and cancelled my account a couple months later restricting me from making any future purchases
