This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

We had our kitchen remodeled and, in the process, we needed new flooring. After searching for a while, it was decided to get Mannington laminated flooring.

We purchase the flooring through. Wholesale Carpets in Gettysburg, Ohio. They laid the flooring; it started popping and cracking when it was walked on. They brought the manufacture out who found the joints were coming apart. They replaced it and is no longer separating but the cracking and popping remains. They had an independent flooring inspector inspect the site for any issues at the site and with the flooring. It was concluded that there is nothing wrong with the flooring or the site. He did suggest that a vapor barrier be put down in the crawl space, which they say is a requirement for their flooring, this however was not told to us, nor was it inspected by the contractors to check for issues like this. Neither Mannington or Wholesale carpets will no longer do anything to resolve the issue and that I just have to accept the cracking and popping. This however is not acceptable since nowhere was it told to us that this was the nature of the flooring, if so, we would not have chosen this flooring.

Desired outcome: I would either allow both parties to come out and if necessary, glue it down so it no longer snaps or pops, or I would like a full refund so we can go to a different manufacturer and installer.
