Don’t deal with Whitetail Properties. I have paid them for the advertising my property and their team assured me that within couple of months we would sell our house. We have waited for nay phone calls or anything within 18 months. This team has posted the ad only on their website and wasn’t interested in selling our house quickly. We have paid them for the services every month. We cancelled their services and hired another realtor, who sold our property within 3 months.
First of all, you don't get charged anything until the closing of the transaction after it sells. Whitetail Properties does not charge any monthly fees. Second, it's hilarious that you say that they were not interested in selling your property quickly. That is a joke. I promise you that every real estate company wants to see ALL of their listings sell quickly. The reason? Because they only get paid when the property sells. Pretty simple concept. All of this being said, this review sounds pretty bogus.
Scott Burgard lies on his listing along with fraudulent pics of adjacent lands having nothing to do with the property for sale just to lure you in. I arrived and the land in question was UNDER WATER!
