I ordered a diecast back in June 09, it is now December 09, they said it was on back order and were trying to get it. They never told me it was out of stock, I had to call. The first time I called they said it shipped, a week later I was told it was on backorder. Since then I have paid off my paypal account and closed it, therefore, I can't have a refund. So I used "store credit" and changed my order. I was told it should be in sometime in November as it was a pre-order. Here we are the second week of Christmas, 6 months later from my original order, and STILL NO CAR! I am beyond angry, impatient and just flat frustrated! Oh and by the way, the original car that I ordered that is impossible to find, they are still selling it on their website as "in stock". I will NEVER, NEVER do business with these people again. If you are looking at ordering from them, it's a waste of time and money!

I have left two emails Steven with no reply I would like to order Tony Stewart R&R 1/25 2011 #14 Office Depot Dirt Sprint Car 25TSODS11 . That you now show that is on sale? I had to wait a long time for my last order one car came fast the second took for ever after being told it would be any day. That took months do you or don't you have this car if not you shouldn't offer it on your website. You should many awesome cars at great prices but how good is it if they don't come in. I willing to try again but I want to know you have it and how long I must wait.. When I phone it costs me as the toll free doesn't work here.

I ordered a diecast in December 2015. April 2016 still no order received. I have called and been assured everything is being done to get my order to me. Today I called and the call is routed to voice mail and the mailbox is full. The website still shows the car available.

Stephen: I have spoke to you many times and was told my die cast was on its was before Christmas 2015. Now it is Feb 9 2016 still no car.
I have called many times, Left messages on website and FB with no reply. You Charged me for the item in Dec but no car comes. We spoke I called many times from Canada you told me it would be there by the end of the week in Dec. I was hoping to have it for Christmas. If you can't meet what you offer you shouldn't advertise about it. I would like this resolved ASAP I guess I should have checked reviews but I spoke to you on the phone before I ordered and you told me" everything would be fine" that you would get them quick. I ordered 2 cars got 1 and the other never showed.
Communication is a big problem if you are going to offer cross boarder shopping. If you can't get the car then offer something that I can pick.
Ordering for Canada now with our dollar costs us a lot but you seem to offer awesome cars. YOU HAVE MADE ME SO DISAPPOINTED YOU CHARGED ME FOR SOMETHING YOU DONT HAVE.

A week ago, I ordered a BG Fuel Pres Regulator through White's. I was skeptical about using some Mom & Pop shop I have never heard of, and did not check reviews, but I placed the order anyway because I needed the part in a timely manner. I received a confirmation, but was not given/updated with a tracking number. So, a week after receiving no regulator, I called. I was told, "you know BG went out of business 7 years ago?". I said yes I do know that, but I ordered this part because it matched my nitrous regulator and it is the only one with the larger input/outputs I need, so I don't have to change my lines. I figured that a part listed on your website is in stock as NOS...certainly if it was no longer available, I would think after 7 years they would have had a chance to remove it from the site! Then I said that someone should have contacted me to let me know this, instead of letting me sit around for a week waiting for a part that should have been in by now - I mean, how in the hell do they run a proper website when a confirmation order is sent but no communication is made about a fault of their own!? A customer should not have to call and inform them that we have not received an item! This is the worst online experience I have had and I do everything online! Thanks for wasting a week of my time, White's Pit Stop! As its name implies, it's a pit stop, and that's all you should take it for...

I too am currently experiencing same trouble. I ordered 3 Jeff Gordon hard to find diecast from their website( $345.00 ) and when I called the next day he said they didn't have any of those in stock so I let him talk me into 3 other diecast that I didn't really want and cheaper diecast at that but at the same price. I placed the order on Dec.18 its Dec.26 I have not received anything. Emailed him, nothing! I just looked at his web site and it still says those diecast I originally ordered were in stock. I want my money back. I have started a dispute process with PayPal and take higher if I have too. He should be shut down ripping people off!

I asked about the availability of a diecast several times, prior to placing my order.No response!
I placed my order and this is a copy of my follow up email that I had to send White's Pit Stop the following week.

You are dealing with real people NOT numbers.
SO GET REAL AND COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS!

I JUST ORDERED A DIECAST FROM THEM ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS AND I EMAILED THEM, BUT STILL NO CAR AND THEY NEVER EMAILED ME BACK IF I GET RIPPED OFF! FOR PAYING $73.95 WHITE'S PIT STOP WILL NEVER HERE THE END OF IT!

I too am so far being RIPPED OFF by Whites Pit Stop .. I paid them $190 dollars for a set of steps and 1-MONTH later I still have not recieved the item. I call and them and they say - "Oh a that shipped last week - you should get it any day" - I don't get my steps - I call again "Oh that shipped 2 days ago" - and I ask them why they lied about the previous ship date and they say "That was not me sir" These guys are TERRIBLE to deal with ! - AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

i just spent FIFTY DOLLARS ON THEM and it has been 2 weeks and i havent gotton anything! I JUST MADE A BIG MISTAKE! I AM SO MAD AT MYSELF! OMFG!

I also have dispute filed at Paypal for parts I ordered from Whites Pit Stop two months ago in June. I have contacted them repeatedly and am just told that the part will always ship in a few weeks. When I demanded a refund on voice mail and email, they just ignored it. They should be in jail. Google their company name and the word scam, fraud, or complaint and you will see they have been doing this for a long while unchecked by authorities.

I second that bad review. I too was ripped off under very similiar circumstances, just for less money. I ordered two diamond plate switchplates for a charity auction on 10/22/09. White's sent me an order confirmation and said that they would be shipping by ground. They said nothing about a backorder. I overpaid for the shipping for these two tiny items because I needed them by a certain date and I figured that the ground shipping would be trackable. Well they charged my credit card on 10/25/09 but I still had not received by 11/5/09 so I called them. I was told that the person in charge of shipping was out of the office but would call me back. He didn't. I had to call back and then he put me on hold for 5 minutes only to come back and tell me that he had good news and my items would be shipping by the next day. I needed them by 11/9. They never arrived so I had to go spend more money to buy replacement items for the charity auction basket. I emailed them a few weeks later and asked them to credit my credit card but they never did (they charged me $17.98 for the order without ever shipping).
