Generally, I give Wheelworks 4 stars; but on this incident, even one is too many!
I decided to purchase (and install) tires for my Lexus from Wheel Works (Oak Ridge shop, 877 BLOSSOM HILL RD, SAN JOSE) on 11/10/2022, to save money; turned out they set me back $1400 by damaging (or swapping - 99% sure!) my perfectly working tire pressure reading system, and they will not do the right thing to fix/replace what they damaged.
The manager "John Sanchez" has played dumb, and on this and 2 other occasions claimed he reprogrammed my sensors and took off with my car for about an hour and a half (for a so-called test drive) to the point that I complained that I need my car and had them bring the car back. HE HAS GIVEN ME THE RUN AROUND FOR THE PAST 8 MONTHS!
If this part swap, of my perfectly working tire pressure system, was done without Sanchez's knowledge, he has NO business running a shop... If it was with his knowledge, indicates his lack of morality!

I should add,... I have had better experiences with other Wheel Works!
I plan on sharing this review, for "this location" with BBB, Google, etc.
Desired outcome: For Wheel Works to step up and fix (or pay damages for) what was damaged/swapped at their shop.
