We stayed at Westgate Resort in Las Vegas 12/4/22. We smelled someone smoking weed on our floor and believed it was the room next to us. The odor seeped into our room so bad our clothes smelled. We called the front desk and security several times. They finally sent someone to spray the hallway. They never confronted the people in the room smoking. I thought you were not allowed to smoke anything in hotels. We filled out a complaint form. They never got back to us. We made many calls and emails. We just got a letter from their risk management, unsigned, claiming no responsibility. I attached the complaint form we were finally given.
Desired outcome: Accept responsibility and work out compensation.
