Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino review: refund of deposit

I stayed at this hotel on July 6, and I paid $50 for a deposit by a credit card.

It's been almost three months since I stayed there, but I haven't got back the refundof deposit I paid when I checked in.

I sent a letter to request the deposit back on September 3, but I haven't heardanything from the hotel. I'd like to know when I can get it back or if I can't, why I can't. If there are anyone who knows about this kind of matter, would you let me know the good way I can take?
