I am a service technician, and recently, I was performing a service call at this location (the West Side Drive In Boise Idaho) when I noticed a nest of bugs in the kitchen area of this dive. Lou Arron, owner of this fast food drive in was told about it and came into the kitchen area with a can of bug spray, Sprayed the bugs kicked them around and said, "there, that ought to do", and walked off. I even witnessed an employee drop sandwich condiments on the floor, pick them up and place then onto a sandwich on his prep table and serve the product., not to mention this kitchen worker was just dripping with sweat and all over the foot he was preparing. Now that is sick and wrong.
This place was an absolute bacteria factory hands down. While I was working on the Ice Machine, I also noted a large amount of black mold growing in the ice bin, the water distribution tubes and on the grid its self. I informed the owner known as "Chef Lou" aka Lou Arron, he simply said "I'm going to replace it soon, just put it back together".
Normally, I can stomach just about anything being a service technician, yet this was one of the worst restaurants (kitchens) I have ever been in and I mean top 5 worst...and I have been a service tech for 23 years.
Equipguy is actually a person by the name of Chuck Kinghorm of King Used Food Equipment, located in Nampa Idaho on Franklin Blvd across the street from the Shilo Inn.
It is my understanding that Mr. Kinghorn and Apollo Equipment were recently in litigation as Mr. Kinghorn sold "bogus" equipment to Apollo and this resulted in a suit being initiated by Apollo Equipment.
The end results were Mr. Kinghorn was found to be liable to the cost of the "bogus" equipment and therefore, a civil judgment was entered against him for damages incurred by Apollo Equipment in excess of $9, 000.
More So, Mr Kinghorn was a former employee of Standard Restaurant Equipment as an outside salesman. Mr Chuck Kinghorn was terminated from Standard Restaurant Equipment for theft among other things.
There is ample reason for Mr. Kinghorn to be upset as he is in the practice of selling used "bogus" equipment, not to mention stealing from employers, failing to pay his financial debts and attempting to harm the reputation of those in the community for no apparent reason.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Dan Harold Monzo and Jackee Stewart of FERNLY NEVADA are the minds behind the fraud of Dans Wood Works. Dan Harold Monzo does not have the right to steal from people of the state of Idaho, California, Nevada or Oregon any longer. The jig is up.
Danny, Dannie, Dan or whomever he may call himself lost his home for the fact he failed to make the payments on his home due to the plethora of judgments against him for the 24 court cases where he was compelled to make restitution as he posed as a cabinet maker and instead, took money from the unsuspected and concocted one lie after another. DAN'S WOOD WORKS on Santa Cruz Ave in BOISE IDAHO is no longer in business yet DAN MONZO here continues to lie to the public and so forth. DAN lost his business because of his own actions and continues to blame others for his actions.
DAN MONZO aka DAN'S WOOD WORKS had 17 liens JUST in the state of IDAHO alone, not to mention CALIFORNIA, mainly the STOCKTON and SACRAMENTO Area's.
SEEMS DAN MONZO stole from his own family members and is now venting upon them for exposing him and his nefarious ways.

Idaho is a state for those who judge, cant think for themself and have no morals.
Idaho is one of the most backwards states I have ever seen, and it shows in the manner in which the inbreads of Idaho treat others. The many sorties I have heard about Idaho prior to working here are absolutley true. BEWARE!
EQUIPGUY is Chris Hayes of the infamous West Side "DIVE" Inn.
The deal is this. Greg sold equipment to this guy and his partner, Lou Aaron. Chris and Lou took other equipment while picking up a stainless steel sink and food warmers. Apparently they cant be trusted to do the right thing when no one is looking.
Chris Hayes and Lou Aaron then made up some ### and bull story to keep from paying their bill. In essants, failed to pay Gregs company over $4100.00.
I can say this...I have been to the new West Side Drive Inn. It's nothing to brag about. The food portions are too small, the food has very little flavor and the price is not worth the drive.
The long of the short is, anyone can post what they feel on the internet without being held to any standards. Judge for yourself rather then what others may say or stories they may concoct...Go Ducks!
Apollo Equipment Repair...BEWARE! The service technician that wrote this complaint is Gregory Wayne Monzo. Monzo is being deceitful and trying to hurt a good man with these dishonest accusations. Monzo has over 35 court cases in the Northwest in the past 5 years. He is once again trying to bully money out of people and making a bad name for local small businessmen trying to provide good kitchen equipment to local clients.
