Reggie Moore - Scammer - in my opinion. I believe he takes more deposits than dogs he has available. Then he will call you and tell you that your dog got sick or your dog had an accident. He won't give you your money back, he will hold your money until his dogs have another litter. He will pull out a contract for you to sign, so that he can steal your money, because he knows you will regret putting money down on his dogs. There is a "illness or accident" clause in his contract. He gives his dogs away at 5-7 weeks, not 8. They look sickly and undernourished. He becomes hostile and cruel if you ask questions. Breeders are supposed to be educators. They should be happy to answer questions. I saw all of the negative reviews and comments about his business. I decided to give him a chance and hear his side of the story. He convinced us that all the negative reviews were from his competitors, so we decided to put down an $800 deposit for 2 dogs. He called me a few weeks later and told me that 1 of our dogs choked on a plastic water bottle and died. How irresponsible of a "reputable" breeder. He told me that if I was uncomfortable with purchasing the other puppy, that he would refund me. He sold my other puppy and never returned our $800. In my opinion, he's just another backyard breeder trying to make quick cash. He doesn't care about the animals or their quality of life.

This year I met not only the breeder and trainer of our Malinois but someone who has become a trusted friend. Reggie's integrity and work ethic are incredible. He lives to train. He is reliable, successful, committed, forthright, strong, honest, trustworthy and compassionate.

Our Mal began obedience training at 4 months of age. With all Malinois, training is essential. The moment I met Reggie I had peace. I saw a man that really cares about the dog and the owner. He and his wife give the pups tremendous care. It is a lot of work breeding puppies. When our dog sees Reggie's wife, he runs to her and starts loving on her because he remembers her and how good she was to him. She has a very soothing voice and is so sweet. It is obvious that they are serious about their dogs and business.

When we bought Bear, he was extremely energetic as Malinois puppies are and out of control. However, I knew that training would have to start early, so we began the following week. Being his breeder and trainer, Reggie already knew where to start Bear concerning his training. Bear is high drive, with great instincts and impeccable skills. Did I mention he's gorgeous and a high quality dog? I marvel at how fast Bear has progressed with Reggie's training and how smart Bear is. Our lives have gotten so much easier because of training. Already Bear has learned boundaries, basic obedience, socialization and so, so much more.

Reggie is the type of trainer that instinctively knows what a dog needs and how to achieve it. He will train a dog according to its needs and abilities. He's not some cookie cutter trainer that uses the same training technique for every dog. What he does do is recognize the dogs personality. Some dogs are geared towards bite work, some are not. It is important that your trainer understands what your dog's potential and needs are. He also specializes in protection and dogs that are deemed hopeless. He has a very calm demeanor and knows how to handle dogs. Through training, not only has our dog's confidence been built up but my daughter's as well. She is Bear's handler and her confidence has soared. She is able to control and enjoy her dog. It makes being a dog mom so much easier when you as well as the dog are instructed in what to do.

Anyone can look at this man's Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/reggie.moore.12/ and see how great of a trainer and hard working he is. He did not cheat us, take advantage of us or anything like that. In fact, I have found the opposite to be true. He gives more than than any of us expected because this is what he loves to do and when you love your job it comes from inside and you can't put a price tag on that or fake it. He never pushed us or our dog to do something we did not wish to do. He is flexible with our training days and just basically a nice person. He is not overbearing but he is forthright. He let us know what our part was in reinforcing the training and behavior, in handling, in what to expect and not expect, etc. He doesn't sugar coat things and I appreciate that. Something else that is important to me is the respect he shows to my daughter and I. He partners with us in the success of our dog's training. It is Team Bear, and that's a winning attitude for everyone involved.

Some people cannot handle when a person is honest and upfront about things but I appreciate Reggie's transparency and have come to rely on him. Any questions I have concerning our dog I contact him. He has years and a wealth of experience. It is wise to tap into it. Draw and learn from a seasoned trainer. Take advantage of the time and money he will save you in doing things right the first time. Reggie is the real deal and I am grateful for him and the training our dog is receiving. I don't like it when people take me the scenic route just to make a buck. Reggie takes us the smart path and streamlines our dog's training to suit our dog. He doesn't waste our time with training that doesn't work or trends. His training is solid. If you're serious about training contact him, you won't be disappointed. I have found Reggie to be a trusted and professional individual who has a God given gift for training dogs.
