I bought a thing from Wellue Health and it cost me a lot of money, like $209. But now I don't need it anymore and I've been trying to get in touch with them to return it. I've sent a bunch of emails but nobody ever writes back. It's really frustrating. I mean, do they not have a phone number or something? I just want to talk to a real person and figure out how to send this thing back.

This product is super helpful, man. It tells me everything I need to know and it's so tiny I can take it with me wherever I go. It's crazy how many things it can do for something so small. And let me tell you, the people who work there are top-notch. They helped me out so much and I really appreciate it.

I recently bought a Checkme O2 Max Wrist Oxygen Monitor from Wellue Health and was excited to try it out. Their website promised a 30 day money back guarantee, which gave me confidence in my purchase. However, after testing it for a week against a hospital pulse oximeter and a commercially available duckbill pulse oximeter, I found that the Checkme O2 Max Wrist Oxygen Monitor consistently read 4-6 points lower than both of the other devices. I made sure to keep the sensor on the same finger at all times to ensure accuracy.

I reached out to their customer support team to report the issue and request a return authorization for their defective product. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any instructions or an RMA number for the return. I have sent several emails and their latest excuse was that their warehouse is moving. It's frustrating to not have a clear answer or resolution to my problem.

I even wrote an honest review of the product, but after a couple of days, it was mysteriously removed. This makes me question the transparency and honesty of the company.

Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with Wellue Health. While their website promises a money back guarantee, their customer support and product quality have not lived up to my expectations. I recently purchased the Portable Mesh Nebulizer from Wellue Health and was excited to receive it based on the description and photos on their website. However, when I received the product, I noticed that the mask that goes over the mouth and nose did not look the same as the mask on the photo. Instead, the mask I received was folded in half and had a headband. At first, I thought this was just a minor difference, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a major issue.

When I tried to use the nebulizer, I found that the folded mask squeezed my face, making it difficult to breathe. I was disappointed and frustrated, so I decided to contact the company to return the product. According to their website, I had to write to them to get a return address, so I did just that. However, I didn't receive a response within the promised 12 hours. Instead, I got a reply saying that I needed to wait a few days for the return address because they were moving their warehouse.

I was a bit annoyed by this delay, but I understood that things like this can happen. However, when I asked for a prepaid return label, they refused to send me one. They claimed that what I had received was the same as the photo on their website, even though I had sent them photos of what I had received and the photo on their site. I felt like they weren't listening to my concerns and were just trying to avoid taking responsibility for the issue.

In the end, I had to spend $16 on return shipping, which was frustrating. I wish the company had been more understanding and willing to work with me to resolve the issue. While I appreciate the quality of their products, I was disappointed by their customer service and would hesitate to order from them again in the future.
