I booked flights using webjet on 22/9/22 from perth to dubai to Singapore to perth for my sons 30th surprise. The booking asked for payment details, I put in my credit card information. It processed & then came back with unconfirmed booking after taking full payment. The message advised I would hear in 48hours about the manual processing of the booking. It is now over 5 days & I've tried several times online to escalate l with still no update via email or confirmation. I spoke to Kurt finally on webjets useless online chat aftwr waiting for an hour & so many connection drops, who assured me it had been escalated again. The connection dropped out again & I've been unable to get back to him. I do not have any further funds to cancel this booking, await the refund & then book again directly with Emerates & am feeling so worried & frustrated. I'd saved for this trip for almost a year & now webjet hold my money with no emails or correspondence assuring me what would happen next.
Desired outcome: To have our flights confirmed for the dates I booked & the proce I've paid & immediate notification
