Wayne Dalton review: Terrible sales and customer service

I was looking for electric opener for my roll up door on my home shop, came by to give me estimate, after week went by i had to reach out to ask for price, few days later i finally received it, after i approved job they came out week later to do job, they needed a different part to work with my door apparently so was told was ordered, after week again i had to reach out and ask for update on part, i was pushed off to another person, was told wasn’t in yet so i waited another week and again i had to reach out, then was referred back to original person to find out, he then told me they were trying to find the right part. I was just fed up with the lack of communication and no communication at all. Not sure who will see this but horrible customer service and business practice.
