On June 19 2006 we had a sales rep from Wave Tech comr to our house for a pool estimate. It sounded wonderful,construction of the pool was a great way to build etc, etc. We signed the papers that night.(WE already had other pool companys out prior and decided on Wave Tech). Our first payment was due Sept ! 2006 but we still did not have a pool. They kept giving us the run around on when they would dig.(after tons and tons of phone calls,they dont like to answer calls or return calls)the contractors finally show the first week of Oct.They took down our entire fence(I do have a dog that uses the back yard) and began work.They said they should be done in 10 days or so,we were excited.Well the pool was done allright. The pool looked great while it was being filled with water 20 hours or so.The next day when the contractors came back the pool water had drained out and the deep end had sunk.They back filled it with SANDY LOAM and did not pack it.Im not sure how your to do this but it did not work.The electricains never showed up. How are you going to take action. We've had similar problems. They installed the pool but 6 months later we started having problems. In the three plus years we've had the problems, we call constantly, they don't return the calls. We've sent emails and they delete the emails before reading them.
They say they'll fix the problem, get back with you, etc. and they never do.
Now they say, your warranties run out, it's not our problem. But it's the same problem we've been having since six months after we installed the pool and they never once came out to fix it.
