Watkins & Shepard review: Excessively long wait time for merchandise 1

I have been working with this trucking company and unfortunately my experience has not been good. I understand that mistakes come up occasionally, but this company seems to be deliberately sending my shipments to other states and then taking three to four times the amount of wait time needed. Customers are angry with me as to why their merchandise has not arrived. When I try to contact them in their customer service is unsatisfactory as they provide me with a tracking number for my order but cannot tell me where the merchandise is located. I would not recommend this trucking company to any other business owners as they are very unprofessional and unreliable.
