Washburn Law PLLC review: I want the $343.72 sent to waccamaw along with any fees that maybe owed

I used them for a closing got an itemize sheet of what the expenses were, paid what was required, and according to the HOA company, Waccamaw has never received any of the $343.72 I paid. The HOA company has now been assessing fees onto the original HOA fee. Both myself and my broker have tried numerous times to reach them by phone, leaving messages, and no one answers.
Any assistance you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Donna Young
