I called value city where I bought the set from. They stated to me that sir, you have extended warranty on your leather set for five years! Can I tell the person what was going on? They said to me that I have to call warranty services if I have a problem with the set! I said no problem. The manager told me that they do not sell that kinda leather set anymore, because of the problem such as leather rubbing off or peeling off! She said to me that I will be covered under my warranty to please give them a call!

On 11/22/22 I called in and went to warrantyservices.com to start a claim for damage to leather set. The leather is rubbing off! I sent a video as well as pictures showing that the leather is rubbing off the sofas! They sent a technician out to look at the damage! He got to my house in the afternoon and said there’s nothing he can do because the leather is rubbing off here. I took his finger and made a video showing to Leather is rubbing off. The warranty company has tonight. My claim said the couch is peeling and it’s not covered under my warranty that is false. The leather is rubbing off! As shown in the video’s.
