warehouse, catering airlines review: sexual harrastment, unfair treatment

Attention: my complain is about my last job, Gate Gourmet, an airline catering warehouse in Orlando fl. located at 8401 Casa Verde Rd. I have a terrible experience working there, those people from that company really mistreat me a lot, they was very unfair to me even know I was a great employee, I used to work in a cleaning position at the warehouse but one day working on my regular job basis, I was cleaning the mans bathrooms, I got a sign out side that let every one knows that I was cleaning the bathroom, but that seems not to be enough for a man name Kelsey Henderson who enter without asking and when he pass in front of me looking at me, he expose himself taking off his pants and underwear's to use the toilet and my reaction naturally was that I scream to him, telling him, hey if you saw me why you do this? why you cant wait until I get out? but he look at me with a smirk of his face and ignore me, so obviously I was angry, I go to the first manager that I saw the personal manager and I told him what happen and he took me to the office with the general manager Greg Gasdorf to talk about what happen, but the general manager Greg Gasdorf act very relax with a smirk on his face too and he just told me that he will talk to the employee Kelsey Henderson but 2 hours later when I was continue working the personal manager come to me and said, we already talk to him he said is not going to happen again but the manager told me also that Kelsey Henderson told him that he dont know me, so logically I told him what does that have to do with what happen? you dont need to know personally someone, to disrespect them that way? but he dont answer me anything about that, but he told me there is nothing else we can do, because it was my word against his word and there is no camera in there and I told him, well of course is the bathroom! and he say but that's the rules you need a witness to prove it" even thought he practically accept it, so to make it short, after that, I got my two days off and when I came back a lead and a representative from the union who'd I talk about the situation too, they told me not to let nobody in when I was cleaning the man's bathroom and to put a big sign at the door that said, cleaning in progress, please wait! so I did it, but even that, male employees continue entering in the bathroom interrupting me without respecting me or the sign, so I went out upset and go to the office to talk about what it was happening but the manager first make me wait trying to ignore me and I got even more angry and told him, I am tired of this situation and the general manager Greg Gasdorf he stand from his chair and follow me when I was getting out of the office and he talk to me with attitude asking me, what you said? and I told him, that I am tired of this disrespecting situation and he told me, if you are tired so go to your home, I dont need people with that kind of attitude here, you are behaving in a very unprofessional way and I'm not going to accept that, so in that moment was in shock" to see the way he was overreacting and I stay starring at him and he told me again, go home your done now" and I told him, ok I dont need you to tell me that I'm fired anymore, I understand and I'm glad I'm out of here, so after that I came the day after pay day to pick up my paycheck but when I ask the personal manager that was the only one who came he told me that he cant give my paycheck and I have to wait 3 more days for that because it was in a locked office but I told him you are the hr manager you should have access and he told me, not until the hr secretary is back, and my brother who is manager in another company told him, that is completely illegal and you know it" pay day is due so you should give her the paycheck or I'm going to call the cops but he went inside the office and talk to a office clerk and the office clerk lady came to me and told me we need you to resign and tell the reason why and I told her wait a moment I am not going to do it because I was fired Greg is the one who need to tell you that" and after a long wait they finally send the clerk lady to give me my paycheck but all the time I noticed that Greg Gasdorf was in his office and he stay there the whole time, like he was hiding... but now I know why employees is quitting all the time.
