Vz review: Bogus Seller 2

I bought a Marc Jacobs nylon cross-body bag online at The Beatrice OnlineShop. I sent my payment of Php 6, 500 last Sept 30 through BDO to account name Anarita Gellido. Up to this time I have not yet received the bag I ordered. When I asked for the tracking# and called the courier (which is fastrack) I was informed that tracking# does not exist in their database and possible that the item has not been picked up yet. When I told her about it, she advised me that when the messeger comes back she will asked to pay for the insurance and will replace the bag asap and she confirmed that the bag will be delivered by a new courier (which is LRC) on Friday, Oct 10. Yesterday, Oct 10, around 10AM, a bag was delivered, same brand but that is not the bag I ordered. When I called Anarita Gellido, she advised me to send back the bag via LBC and will send the correct bag and confirmed that the correct bag will be delivered today, Oct 11. So, I went to LBC and sent the bag to the address she provided and sent her the receipt# via text and viber. Up to this time, no courier came. When I follow-up to Anarita Gellido (via text and via facebook) and asked for the tracking#, she told me that she left it in the office. So, I called the courier - LRC and was informed that name "Anarita Gellido" is not yet registered in their database. LRC alo checked for my name and found NONE. LRC said that shipper might have not sent the item yet which is contrary to what Anarita Gellido told me.
