i have seen the numbers of complain against VXL Realtors P ltd ( builder -Estern height Indirapuram Ghaziabd) . U can say this builder is a Example of all fraudulences & cheating. Very daring, does’t fear with law.
Because of we people just think- yaar baat-cheet se thik ho jayega !
We don't go to the court/consumer court.
where we will get proper justification . we will have to come together & highlight the matter.
builder is taking advantages of our softness.
In my case It is beyond imagination. He allotted one flat to two parties.
He took money from the both parties from Feb 2006( both original booking).
Recently when things highlighted, builder is avoiding to talking.
On the flat i have got loan from L I C Housing Finance Ltd.
There is many more things to talk.
I have got very good source . we can fight with very less expenses, come together. Hum Ek hai . [protected].

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
i completely agree as i know one of my relative who also invested his hard earned money but now this builder is not ready to pay them back. It's been more than 8-10 years they are following this builder and every time this builder either ask them to come on some other day or gives the cheque which goes bounce from the bank.
I would suggest people to be aware of this builder and pl. try not to invest their single penny to this fraud company.
