My wife and I applied for VSP 5 years ago in October. We have never received any documentation or contract for signature. We also never received any renewal notices or notification of a website. We would have to call our eye doctor to determine if we were eligible for a checkup or glasses.
This year our medicare insurance changed to United Health Care which includes vision. We called to cancel VSP and were told that we needed to continue paying premiums until Oct of 2023. An alternative would be to pay $ 112.00 per person in order to cancel.
