I was charged for equipment via Citizens Pay. I did not order new equipment. I made a repair call for my panel, which was corrected. This problem has been going on since July and is still not resolved. I have called numerous times and was told a credit would be issued. I have a protection plan for my service. The total amount that Citizens Pay charged me was $634.98. I was given a partial credit of $442.88 on 7/18/23. That left a balance of $192.10. I have talked with at least 4 people at Vivinit to resolve this problem. Each one has told me to speak with Citizens Pay to resolve the problem. When I called Citizens Pay they refer me to Vivinit since they were the ones who billed me. As of today 9/18/23 this problem is on going. When I talk with Vivinit they tell me I have a credit on my account but they are unable to send the credit to Citizens Pay. I don't understand why. If you are able to bill me through Citizens Pay why can't you credit me through Citizens Pay. There is a balance of $192.10 on my Citizens Pay account which is 30 days past due and they are reporting it to the credit departments.

Desired outcome: I want to have a credit issued to Citizens Pay and to have my credit report fixed. I also want a better way to handle any future problems.
