I had bought a sound system from Visions in Coquitlam, and I was waiting for parts to be ordered in before they could install it. It took about 3 months before I was contacted and told the items were in store. I had tried to get in installed but it kept getting pushed back, and I had tried at both Langley and Coquitlam branches. I kept getting the run around. They had finally got the system installed, but they didn't install everything, which needed to be rebooked to get done. I had missed one appointment because I was ill and in hospital, they were very rude and unprofessional about it and said they didn't care that I was sick. (that was said by Lucas from the Langley branch) I tried getting an appointment at the Coquitlam branch again, because I wanted to keep the Warranty valid, to have Visions install their product, or I would have gone somewhere else. I felt very abused by the staff. I was told by the Coquitlam branch to never come back and they never did the rest of their install. They refused to do the install and told me never to return. I am now having to go somewhere else to get the rest of the system installed. They never finished their install and I am out of pocket for that. I am very upset about this and the experience I have had with Visions. I will never shop there again. This has been the worst experience with a retail store I have ever been to and I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well. I hope that the staff that I dealt with are retrained on how to be professional and have some courtesy of what Customer Service is, because they clearly don't. The main people I spoke with were Lucas (from Langley) and Napuna (from Coquitlam). there were others that were very rude as well, but I can't remember their names. (Manager from the Coquitlam branch and the installer at that branch)
