There is a crazy high workload because vacancies are not filed in time by the HR Team. It is because all the HR head is busy with her personal work and doesn't sign off on appointments.

The onboarding process was chaotic because the approval has to come in from the HR head. She took 3 to 4 days to approve my appointment. Once it finally came in, laptops were not assigned this again took another week to sort our.
