I have very little time to do car maintenance. I bought 2 new Perelli tires for a good price online. Scheduled service appointment with Va Tire and Auto in my neighborhood for Saturday May 14 at 1130. One of the preset service options on the website is tire balancing service. So I selected that and in the notes explained that I already have the tires, I just need help mounting and balancing. Appointment confirmed, no notice online that you can’t just select the tire balancing service alone, no phonecall or email with any issues before that day and time came. I get there and they refuse to help me or make an exception to their policy not to mount a tire they didn’t charge me for. Bogus excuse about severe liability on them for helping folks like me with new tires already purchased. Ridiculous and deceitful. They just lost all my business and I have 6 cars in my family and obviously am willing to steer others away from what used to be a great neighborhood family oriented business.
Desired outcome: Delete the policy or tell people online. You may not make the profit on these 2 tires, but you will keep the business on 6 cars for all kinds of services. Respond to Cameron <span class="replace-code" title="This information is only accessible to verified representatives of company">[protected]</span> unless you are just going to repeat the lies.
