VIPLuxury Car Sales review: Used car

I have had been in contact with the owner of this business for months. I am currently restoring my credit and this company "guarantees approval". After months he came to me with different offers and wouldn't follow thru. HE finally came with cadillac, he had the years confused up to the point that the insurance caught and fixed it. He always came to my house as he is a broker. He had me complete the paperwork outside and told me he would bring me copies of such, I also gave him $3000 and in the slip he wrote $300, I have many texts asking him to fix this. It has been a month and I have no paperwork for the car. He mentioned I have warranty, nothing has been given to me and I have called/text him many times asking to give me the information or make an appointment for me to take the car because the breaks are not good and it has a shake. HE replies with he'll work on it and then disappears. A few times, including today, he has yelled at me over the phone, has called me a liar and has been extremely disrespectful. Prior, when he brought me the car, and I have on camera. He got in my face in a very scary, disrespectful manner. He is always with another guy, big guy, I was fearful of them on that day. I have asked him to please just bring me the paperwork for the car, which belongs to me, and he just yells at me and hangs up. I am worried some type of fraud is being done here. I have considered going to the cops, but they know my home address, in which my 15 year old and I reside, and it scares me. This man should not be allowed to operate this business. I have many texts messages that I can provide of me trying to contact him. He also gives me different versions as to why I don't have the papers. something is not right with this company.
