The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This "business" is a scam. I ordered $124 of DVD's on 9-14-09. No product received but credit cart billed immediately. No reply to numerous emails. "Tracking" on their website worthless. No answer to ph call. Wish I had read this site or the BBB before falling victim to this lowlife. Should be some type of recourse when public is ripped off and the scammer is still hiding on the internet and running their ads. Any suggestions on how to retaliate?
order number is 18454, placed 10/3/2009 at 12:04PM...did not deliver; charged C/C and did not return 2 e-mail requests asking about delivery up date.
