Victoriya International LLC review: Kitchen renovation

This contractor was sent to our home from IKEA to do a kitchen measurement for a kitchen renovation, we retain them as the contractor for the entire job after they submitted an estimate for the job. They botched the drywalling on our kitchen renovation and damaged the kitchen window. They brought in another crew who removed the drywalling that the original crew had been installed. We discovered they (the original crew) had drywalled over 2 uncapped electrical junction boxes. I observed them wiring these junction boxes and asked them to make sure they capped them before drywalling, they did not. This is a violation of Pennsylvania fire code. They did not install a vapor barrier under the porcelain flooring as we had expected. They damage the kitchen window during the demolition. They installed dirty or used insulation on the external wall and ceiling. They left nails in the drywall after removing backsplash. They left nails in the adjacent flooring after removing the old kitchen floor. These nails were left sticking out of the flooring in such a way that they could have impaled a family member's foot. In their effort to remove a soffit they damage the adjacent pony wall (which was not in scope of this project). They chiseled holes in the drywall (that was not a part of the project) to search for wiring for the new lighting that was planned to be installed. They also dug holes in the original kitchen drywall searching for wiring. The project manager refused to make an onsite visit after our repeated request for management inspection to see the destructive results of the original crew. Please see attached pictures.
