NO confias en Vicky Ruiz. Es una LADRONA! Soy Argentina y alquile un apartamento muy lindo y Victoria Ruiz intento a cobrar 10, 000, 000 pesos colombianos (cerca 22, 000 pesos Argentinos!) para reparar 'danos'. Vicky entrego el apartamento a mi en buen estado y lo devolvi en un estado igual. Ella inventa cosas danados y es una ladrona. Quiere cobrar por la limpieza de MUCHAS cosas que no tiene sentido, y queja de muchas cosas mas. NO ALQUILAS DE ESTE MUJER.

i was rented apartamento from Vicky Ruiz Paniagua and she taken advantage of me. no do not trust en this this lady. is very dangerous. claim damages do not exist from foreigners who do not know the law in Colombia. she put lawyer on my case claiming 10, 000, 000 colombian pesos in damages for apartment of Vicky Ruiz. everything made up and lies. seems like nice person, dresses all in white like a saint but it is a lie. she will claim damages that do not exist when you move out of apartment and you will have to pay her a lot of money. do not rent apartment condo or house or anything from Vicki. She will steal your money. vicki ruiz paniagua cannot be trusted. If you do rent from her you must take pictures of everything on the day you move in and examine the contract carefully. She is an expert in taking her clients to court when they move out.
