Vialets Cattery is owned by Vicki G. Brewer. She is a breeder of Russian Blue kittens. Ms. Brewer has been permanently banned from the Cat Fancier's Association and TICA. Both organizations have conducted their own investigation as Ms. Brewer, in the state of Washington, has been associated with animal neglect. The conditions of her cattery caused 17 animals to be removed by King County. Ms. Brewer has been operating her cattery in multiple counties in the state of Washington; including Kirkland and Centralia.
Ms. Brewer has been documented in selling sick animals (kittens) in the Pacific Northwest.
Vialets Cattery is also known as VATRUSHKA Cattery.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
My friend had a very bad experience with the breeder when she was looking to find a new kitten for her home. The breeder home was disgusting and filthy and at the time, she was not aware of the complaints or banning of the breeder from three major cat associations. She also did not know that there were charges against the owner, Vicki Brewer, in the State of Washington. My friend was crushed when she picked up the kitten who was very sick and had to be put down 5 months later after exhaustive treatments and operations. Please, please, please, folks looking for a pure bred cat or dog--do your research on the breeder and check your state's websites, kitten and puppy mill sites, and just do a thorough Google search on the name of the breeder and the cattery name. It also may be prudent to have your new addition checked out at your trusted vet immediately and not trust a breeder that the animal is well and healthy. Breeders will tell you everything and anything to sell their kittens/puppies and unfortunately, people believe them and don't do enough research on breeders. The other thing you can do is contact TICA, Cat Fancier's Association (and appropriate dog associations) and ask if they are in good standing or if there is any complaints or disciplinary marks on their record. If my friend did this, she would have found out that Vialets Cattery was banned from the major cat associations and was charged with animal neglect and just changed the cattery name to continue to sell kittens.
