I bought a car through credit and we were forced to buy an insurance policy for approximately $800 to cover the life of the loan . The other issue that i have on their billing state show an amount that is due and you pay the amount in full and you receive another bill the next billing cycle for additional interest . I think this is a ripoff as a consumer and would like to get a full refund for the insurance policy and any accrued interest that was over charged.
i agree < this company its a joke they dont take care their employees either customers i work for the 5 years
and i work over 2500 hors after work including saturday and sundays for free and if i was to said dont have time they will said this is not the job for you/ remember joe pierce, remenber that ALBERT GARCIA, silvy rosa, jose quinones,
manager and supervisor at that time, they will train us to harras customer abou their payment call refenses more at all times
They had me buy 2 insurence policies to cover repair...both bogus...they called early in AM despite doctor letters saying not to...calls from me asking not to(several dozen) emails from me asking not to, faxes asking not to, snail mail asking not to, return mail asking not to...when the car lost engine, transmition and turbo...and was at dealer, they took reciepts of paying $2, 000 for transmission repair, they took expensive tools, snow chains and camping gear...left me with a worthless bag of left overs...they even accused me of fraud after being supplied with 3 years of bank statements...and threatened to sue for fraud when it was learned the $10, 000 car I had over $3, 000 into, and over a grand of phony insurence sold me...was going to cost well in excess of $7, 000 to repair...and the more my doctors and me tried to get them to stop calling especially early in the morning...knowing I was on Oxygen, had a Traumatic Brain Disorder related sleep disorder waking up more than 10 times an hour, and months in the hospital...they continued to wake me up early in the morning...many times a month...despite request not to!...I would love to connect with you! sincerly, Steven [protected] after 1pm
