Verna Beard review: Dog breeder 2

I purchased a giant schnauzer from Verna Beard from Lewisport Kentucky in July 2021 and she assured me the dam and sire were health tested and she even provided a verbal "health guarantee."
Turns out that ALL OF THE LITTERS have a genetic disorder that will affect a minimum of 45% of each puppy born.
The giant schnauzer I purchased from her was born May 9, 2021 and I've been extremely diligent about taking him to the vet, staying on top of his vaccines, exams, etc.
I have proof of all of his bloodwork, lab work, X-rays and CT scans from MULTIPLE vets, technicians and radiologists to prove the issues my dog is having is GENETIC.
My dog is suffering from a severe degenerative joint disease in his right shoulder. He has been diagnosed with osteochondritis dissecans and severe bone remodeling.
I've spent well over $4, 000+ on treatment for my dog and he is only 6 months old.
I approached Verna Beard via Facebook messenger very calmly asking for her to get her dogs retested and to STOP BREEDING in the meantime. I also asked that she refund us the price we paid for our dog or a partial portion of what we've spent in medical bills as of now.
She attacked me and said she does not refund and will only give me a replacement dog, which I politely refused. I am 100% responsible for my dog now and am only seeking that she get her dogs retested, stop breeding and compensate us financially due to her negligence.
She continued to refuse and I asked that she kindly reconsider, otherwise I'd be forced to proceed to further legal action … to which she didn't respond and blocked me on Facebook.
There were also issues with another lady that had MAJOR health issues (liver shunt and more) with the puppy she got from the same litter as I.
I'm more than happy to provide proof of medical records, conversations, ANYTHING to anyone to prevent Verna from continuing to unethically and negligently breed and make money off of people.
