On 7th of December 2009 I have order this directory as you can see below.
Three days later on the 10th of December 2009 I have request my money back. Up to day after my last request, the money has not been refunded.
On the 10th of Dec 2009 I have send the following mail:
Dear sir,
Hereby I kindly request you to reimburse my purchased amount paid for your database.
I'm not any more interested in your database because, because there aren’t any angel investors and private investors listed in your database to whom I could directly forward my investment proposal. Beside that your database is full of incorrect addresses and non existing companies
Thank you for your service and cooperation.
I look forward to receive the paid sum of €67, 91 credited on my paypal account within a few days.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This group of crooks call themselves vcgate.com is nothing but a gang of terrorist and they are ripping of people and we should form a posie and hunt them son of ### down and hang them from a tree for the world to see what happen to corks and con men who steal from honest hard working people. The police and the Federal government are doing nothing to prevent it so we must take the law into our own hand and handle it so we don't continue to be hurt. The United States Constitution clearly stated that a citizen have the right to defend himself and protect his property. These crooks stole from us several Hundred dollars and are getting away with it. We must stop them. What make it so bad we are an investigation and Law Firm they stole from. You know they are not going to get away with that. We are going to get them and we plan to bring them to justice and reveal there fraud to the world. I doubt this is legitimate,
why would serious investors be interested in working with spammers

I disagree with the recent comment. I bought the database and had some problem with the download.
They call me and help me installed the database successfully. It took my about two weeks to find an investor from the USA.
As i made some research I know that they have lots of investors contacts in their database.

This company will not return phone calls. Their IT data bank is a fraud.

Why couldn't they have an agreement that states "...when/if you receive an investor's help we will get up to 3% of the total of the investment." That would give them more clients, especially satisfied customers. People are wary of scam artists and paying for something without receiving anything is a crime!
