Varsity Towing review: Rip off thug ran towing - do not use them 1

Not only is this a bait and switch operation, they also quote prices then gouge you once they provide service. Brian Dunleavy, the owner, verbally quoted a price and it was confirmed three times before service was rendered. Buit since one of his trucks had broke down he jacked up the price an addtional 25 bucks, when confronted he took the Mafia thug role and said we know where your vehicle lives - pay up. Additionally the fee was for flatbed towing and he sent a driver out with a crane type truck thinking no one would be around to see what was actually dispatched. Items were missing from the vehicle and damage done from dragging the vehicle by the crane truck (versus the flatbed requested), Brian Dunleavy's response was his drivers are not his problem and neither is the damaged sustained. I have read addtional reviews on-line citing their predatory and thug methods...unfortunately they were discovered after the fact.
