Steers ran its Wacky Wednesday R10 Rib Burger Special. We placed an order for my whole department firstly by telephone. My STaff member then went to pick the order. She waited 3 hours in the queue only to be told that she can get 5 burgers as opposed to the 16 we originally placed. When she questioned the cashier as to why she couldn't tell everyone waiting in the queues that it was now restricted to 5, she merely shrugged. I had a team waiting for 2 hours for this food that eventually never panned out. When the order was placed, we were never informed of restrictions on numbers. Neither was this communicated on the adverts on National TV over the previous 2 days. There were no terms or conditions specified.
I had disgruntled employees who weer cheated by Steers lack of service and their brand of false advertising

Sandton, really? And I thought it was only Hillbrow and poor areas, and funny how more rich people complained in wealthy areas and not so many from townships. Not good. Unlike.
