Vanns review: Scam , beware 1

I received a damaged TV from Vanns. I placed the order last week. The TV was finally at the shippers location yesterday, the day of delivery. I spoke with an AJ at the shipping location who informed me there were no drivers available to deliver and advised we could pick it up if we wanted to or we would have to wait until the following day for delivery. So we picked it up from them and brought it home. Once home we opened the box only to find the TV has 2 huge cracks in it approximately 2 feet each. I immediately called Vanns to explain and was told they would be sending a truck to pick it up and after it was returned would be sending a replacement. Today I received a call asking about us picking it up. After verifying it was picked up and advising them they stated they would not be accepting the return because we picked it up. After an hour speaking to Diane Westbrook and then her Manager Shannon I got absolutely nowhere. They refuse to take back their damaged Television and/ or issue a credit. They refuse to be fair. They were completely rude and hung up on me as well. This company sends out damaged merchandise and then refuses to take it back. This is bordering on Illegal. I still have the tv here waiting to be shipped back.
